Take time to learn how to make up your eyes. They are the first thing people see, believe it or not. Follow the natural shape of your eyes, don't be afraid of using eyeliner, eyeshadow, I like a light liquid foundation as a base and to make a matte palette to begin laying color on my eyes. Don't worry about your eye color, dark colors work best, meaning brown, black, deep navy or gray. If you are afraid of wearing eye makeup with contacts, then by all means chicken out and/or see your doctor for advice. But the time you spend on your eyes is not only fun, but worth it. People will take notice. My favorites? Personally, Bobbi Brown, Maybelline, YSL, but that I will leave up to you to experiment with. Dark eyeliners work the best, with lighter eye shadows, false eyelashes can look too fake if not carefully applied, frankly, avoid them except for special occasions. You don't want to be the girl with a falling lash stuck to your cheekbone.
